1.自動(dòng)焊機(jī)作業(yè)時(shí)，氣路、水冷系統(tǒng)應(yīng)暢 通。氣體應(yīng)保持干燥。排水溫度不得超過(guò)40℃，排水量可根據(jù)氣溫調(diào)節(jié)。嚴(yán)禁在電弧引燃過(guò)程中斷開(kāi)熔斷器。當(dāng)焊縫焊渣時(shí)，應(yīng)戴防護(hù)眼鏡，頭部應(yīng)避開(kāi)敲擊焊渣飛濺方向。雨天不得在露天電焊。在潮濕地帶作業(yè)時(shí)，包括全 面自然通風(fēng)和全 面機(jī)械通風(fēng)兩種。

The drainage temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the drainage volume can be adjusted according to the air temperature. It is strictly forbidden to disconnect the fuse during arc ignition. When removing welding slag, wear protective glasses, and keep the head away from the splashing direction of welding slag. Welding in the open air is not allowed in rainy days. When working in humid area, there are two kinds of ventilation: natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation.

2.全 面自然通風(fēng)通過(guò)車(chē)間側(cè)窗和天窗進(jìn)行自然換氣。全 面機(jī)械通風(fēng)通過(guò)管道及風(fēng)機(jī)等組成通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全車(chē)間通風(fēng)換氣，通車(chē)有上抽排煙、下抽排煙和橫向排煙三種方式。

2. Full natural ventilation, natural ventilation through the workshop side window and skylight. The ventilation system is composed of pipes and fans to ventilate the whole workshop. There are three ways to open to traffic: upper exhaust, lower exhaust and transverse exhaust.

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用的自動(dòng)焊機(jī)，應(yīng)設(shè)有防雨、防潮、防曬的機(jī)棚，并應(yīng)裝設(shè)相應(yīng)的消防器材。高空焊接或切割時(shí)，必須系好帶，焊接周?chē)拖路綉?yīng)采取防火措施，并應(yīng)有專人監(jiān)護(hù)操作人員應(yīng)站在鋪有絕緣物品的地方，并應(yīng)穿絕緣鞋。

When welding or cutting at high altitude, the safety belt must be fastened, fire prevention measures shall be taken around and below the welding, and special person shall be assigned to supervise.
