1、旋轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)要實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速，并能實(shí)現(xiàn)制動(dòng)。

1. The rotary drive motor needs to achieve stepless speed regulation and be able to achieve braking.

2、在旋轉(zhuǎn)速度范圍內(nèi)，承受負(fù)荷時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)速波動(dòng)不超過(guò)百分之5。

1、變位機(jī)應(yīng)設(shè)置導(dǎo)電裝置，以避免焊接電流穿過(guò)軸承、齒輪等傳動(dòng)部位。導(dǎo)電性設(shè)備的電阻不能超過(guò)1 mΩ，且其容量要滿足焊接額定電流的要求。

1. The positioner should be equipped with conductive devices to prevent welding current from passing through transmission parts such as bearings and gears. The resistance of conductive equipment should not exceed 1 m Ω, and its capacity should meet the requirements of welding rated current.

2、變位機(jī)的控制部分應(yīng)設(shè)置聯(lián)動(dòng)接口，用于自動(dòng)焊接。
