（3）驅(qū)動端雙軸變位機由三爪自定心卡盤、翻轉(zhuǎn)及回轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)組成。伺服電機、渦輪蝸桿減速器驅(qū)動，可使卡盤翻轉(zhuǎn)角度及沿軸線回轉(zhuǎn)。焊接工裝由三爪自定心卡盤夾緊，配合壓緊機構(gòu)完成工件裝夾，已點焊工件，則不需壓緊機構(gòu)，而由卡爪夾緊法蘭。卡盤調(diào)整角度為0-90°，以適應不同工件焊接角度需求，尤其便于DN400-600的大工件的安裝與拆卸。伺服控制工件沿軸線轉(zhuǎn)動速度，使之與系統(tǒng)設置同步，達到焊接要求。

Servo control of workpiece rotation speed along the axis to synchronize with system settings and meet welding requirements.

（4）焊槍三軸移動系統(tǒng)，由伺服電機、行星減速機、直線模組構(gòu)成，同時焊槍能夠根據(jù)工藝要求，可人工調(diào)整焊槍前后和左右的角度。橫向模組調(diào)整焊槍水平位置，適于不同規(guī)格工件需要；縱向模組完成焊接與退回的位置切換；升降模組適于不同規(guī)格直徑的焊接位置調(diào)整。擺動機構(gòu)適于焊縫寬度大及多層多道焊。

（6）控制系統(tǒng)帶有焊接參數(shù)存儲、調(diào)用功能（焊接電流、電壓、焊接速度），能夠記錄多條焊接參數(shù)，切換工件型號時一鍵調(diào)用參數(shù)；
