主電源電路由電阻焊接變壓器,晶閘管單元,主電源開關(guān),焊接電路等組成。目前,我們使用的焊接設(shè)備是單相工業(yè)頻率交流電阻焊接機(jī),功率為200kVA,二次輸出電壓為20V。由于生產(chǎn)了多個(gè)串聯(lián)模型,焊鉗要焊接高強(qiáng)度鋼板和低碳鋼板,并且焊鉗的槍臂要傳遞較大的機(jī)械力和電流。因此,焊鉗的強(qiáng)度,剛度和發(fā)熱要滿足一定的要求。并且要具有良好的導(dǎo)電性和導(dǎo)熱性。同時(shí),焊鉗要用水冷卻。因此,選擇了可以承受400kg壓力的新型焊鉗。
