焊接機器人不同槍姿對焊接造成的影響一個熟練的焊工焊出的品質(zhì)和外觀比一個新焊工要好許多,主要是熟練的焊工通過日集月累的經(jīng)驗知道焊一個產(chǎn)品需要多大電流、電壓、速度多快、還有一個更重要的就是焊接的姿勢和方法。因為電流和速度可以直觀的看到,但一個合適的姿勢就需要有一個長期的經(jīng)驗來決定。

焊接機器人也是一樣,不同的焊接姿勢(槍姿)對焊接成形的外觀也是一個決定性的因素。

像亞倫達機器人我們一般要求焊槍與焊接平面保持45°~60°左右,與焊縫那條線也保持在45°~60°左右。但前提讓焊槍避開焊接的產(chǎn)品和定位工裝。焊接姿勢不好會對焊接品質(zhì)造成影響主要是因為兩個方面:一是氣體保護不好,二是送絲不暢。

槍姿不合適會導致氣體保護不好,焊接會出現(xiàn)氣孔現(xiàn)象;槍姿不合適也會讓同軸電纜里的送絲太過彎曲而送絲不暢,會出現(xiàn)焊縫不均勻,斷斷續(xù)續(xù)的現(xiàn)象。如果在焊接過程中出現(xiàn)上述現(xiàn)象,槍姿雖然不是唯 一的因素,但也是需要排查的之一。
